At Cable & Connector Technologies we are pleased to offer you the lowest shipping rates possible. We continuously meet with our freight suppliers to negotiate competitive prices to pass on to you. Our shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep this page up-to-date.
How is your order processed?
In stock orders received before 3:30 Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 3:30 Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. This excludes Next Day Air orders. If making an online overnight order after 3:30 please call us to expedite shipping that day. Otherwise it will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders received after 3:30 Eastern Time on Friday and weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. (Holidays excluded)
Orders placed over a Holiday weekend will be shipped the first business day we are back. Holidays observed can be found below.
Tracking your Order You can track the status of you order by logging on to your account online. Click on the "My Account" tab. By going to “Show All Transactions” you can see when your order was fulfilled and billed.
